Adolph Fischer var en tyskfödd anarkist och fackföreningsaktivist född runt 1860 i Bremen. Han emigrerade till USA 1873 och bodde från 1880 i Chicago där han arbetade som cooper. Fischer var med och producerade den anarkistiska tidningen Arbeiter Zeitung.
Fischer dömdes till döden för bombkastningen vid Haymarket 1886 vilket verkställdes av amerikanska staten 11 november 1887.
